For a lifestyle-focused ASX-listed company, we were commissioned to create a collection of portraits that felt professional, contemporary and connected to the people and culture behind the business.

The challenge was to create genuine variety while working entirely within a single office environment.

Rather than photographing everyone against the same background, we treated the workplace as a series of different photographic settings. By moving through the space and changing backgrounds, compositions, lighting and the amount of environment included in each portrait, we created a range of distinctly different looks.

Some images are clean and polished, while others are more relaxed and environmental, using the character of the workplace to add context and personality.
